The Casas Em Movimento Network is a new generation of smart HUBs, designed to transform the experience of electric mobility and interaction with public space .

Each HUB integrates a House In Motion - a smart and energy-positive building (produces more energy than it consumes) that dynamically rotates to follow the sun , to climatize itself, and to respond to user preferences - along with several Charging Stations for Electric Vehicles.

More than just charging points, these HUBs were conceived as vibrant spaces for experience, innovation, and well-being.

The Moving House can take on different functions for public use, such as interactive galleries, service spaces, interpretive centers, showrooms, or cultural areas, while simultaneously providing support and comfort to users of electric mobility.

A new vision for the cities and roads of the future: more sustainable, humane, and connected.

 

Elements that are already part of the Casas Em Movimento Network:

+ 1st House in Motion: located in Matosinhos CEM - Smart Store Iberdrola: a store that is simultaneously a technological showcase.

+ 2nd House in Motion: located at Metaloviana's facilities, as a technological demonstrator, resulting from the PT2020 R&D Project, with an execution rate of 97.57%;

+ 3rd Moving House to be implemented in the Viana Start Center, New European Bauhaus (former Slaughterhouse):

+ 4th Mobile Home to be established in Benfica, Lisbon.

+ Objective: To scale this network to other municipalities in Portugal, Europe, and the world!
